Have you ever invoiced and delivered an order, only to then realise there was a mistake and the entire invoice needs to be voided? Previously you needed to "cancel it out" with a credit note, but now you can simply void the invoice. Any delivered stock will still be delivered and will need to be returned (if required) separately.
