Customers can now have multiple addresses

In addition to having a billing address and a delivery address, you can now add as many addresses as you require to a customer! To read more about how to manage multiple addresses on a customer and how to use them, please read our help guide here.

Automatic pallet disassembling when a container is assigned to a delivery via a barcode scan (if a setting is enabled)

This feature should save you lots of time if you package onto pallets initially, and then are happy for these pallets to gradually disassemble as you scan containers from them to assign them to specific deliveries. This was a great suggestion on our community. To take advantage of the new option, check your Settings -> Delivery settings.

Button to bulk dispatch (but not complete) all courier deliveries for a day

As it says on the tin; this is a brand new option to dispatch all courier deliveries without also having to mark them as complete (which was previously the case).

Easier testing of variables in custom PDF invoice/DN/CN templates

You can now see the variables for your choice of invoice, delivery note or credit note when building custom PDF document templates. This makes it easier to test "edge cases", such as export invoices or different types of delivery (own vehicle vs courier).

Invoice information to use can now be set on a customer group level

This can be useful to save having to set this option on each customer within a group. This was another great suggestion from our community of Brewwers.

Easily see how much of each beer is in vessel on the production dashboard

At a glance, you can now see how much of each beer that you produce is in vessel (and which vessels contain it). This provides a total when you have multiple batches of the same beer in progress at the same time.

Container deposits can now be returned on the order being delivered

It's now possible to return container deposits on the order being delivered!

To return the deposits on the order being delivered, simply click Collect containers from the order's delivery page in the app (you must be on version 2.10.0 or above) and scan the collected containers. If any deposits were taken on the collected containers, they will be immediately returned on the order being delivered.

The order must be either 'Draft' or 'Confirmed', so if "Automatically invoice orders when their delivery is dispatched" is enabled (Settings -> Delivery settings), you will need to disable it to take advantage of this feature (we recommend keeping "Automatically invoice orders when their delivery is completed" enabled).

Upload files to sales orders/invoices as attachments (such as the related PO)

You can now attach files to orders/invoices for clear record-keeping. There's also an option to include some (or all) uploaded files in the invoice email sent to the customer. This was another great suggestion on our community - thank you to everyone who voted.
