Added the 'Products expiring soon' report

You can now view a breakdown of on-hand packaged beer stock that is expiring soon from Products -> Actions & tools -> Products expiring soon.

Simply provide an 'Expiring before' date, choose the product types you'd like included, and Breww will display a breakdown of which products, from which batches, at which locations, are expiring before that date (and when).

You can now auto-allocate stock for individual recipe actions

You can now use Breww's automatic stock allocation on a specific recipe action rather than the entire batch.

To use it, simply click the "Auto allocate" icon next to a recipe action:

and Breww will assign the ingredient's stock on a FEFO basis for only that action.

This is particularly useful for ingredient additions that you don't want to be allocated when starting the batch, such as dry hops, but would like to use Breww's automatic FEFO allocation at the point you add the ingredient later.

Improved "Items required" tab in deliveries

The tab is now more organised (you can click to expand some sections, rather than seeing everything at once) and items required per courier are now shown to aid in prepping orders on a per-courier basis.

Lots of new functionality with price books

We're delighted to announce the launch of Breww's new price book functionality. They're now far more powerful than before which should mean you can take advantage of all-new features and reduce the manual data input required to maintain complex pricing structures.

Please see our updated price books help guide here for more on this.

ShopWired integration now live

Breww has now integrated with ShopWired. This integration works much like our other sales integrations, by importing orders and (optionally) syncing stock levels.

For more information on how this and our other similar integrations work, please see https://community.breww.com/t/sales-platform-integrations-ecommerce-pos/246

Choose which recipe stage ingredients can be auto-allocated and/or pre-allocated

Previously how this worked was automatically determined by Breww based on the recipe stage category (e.g. Fermenting), but you now have full control over this yourself. Head into your recipes and use the stage edit buttons to set this to work how you'd like.

Adjust the quantity of hops added to a beer batch for alpha acid percentage

We're excited to announce that Breww can now automatically adjust the quantity of hops added to a beer batch based on the alpha acid percentage of the batch of hops used!

To read more, we have a guide on our community here.

Delivery ETAs recalculated on the fly as you mark prior deliveries as complete

When you complete a delivery on an own-vehicle delivery run, if this was completed early/late, Breww will recalculate the ETAs and drive times for the subsequent deliveries on this run. This ensures that if a driver gets behind (or ahead) of schedule, then the ETAs will be automatically updated to reflect the new times.

This feature only applies if you have our Advanced Deliveries addon on your account. This feature is enabled by default on all accounts (with the Advanced Deliveries addon), but if you don't want it enabled, you can switch it off (so ETAs are not recalculated) in Settings > Delivery settings.
