All types of equipment can now be included on your batch schedule and be "blocked out" as required by a batch. Simply edit any piece of equipment that you need to show and enable the new "Show on batch schedule" option.
We're delighted to announce a huge new update that takes advantage of the recently-released delivery scheduling rules tool to let you define your best before dates using rules. This saves lots of time on manual input on each beer and allows for more advanced situations than ever before. Find out more in the new help guide How to set your best before dates (or expiry dates).
It’s now possible to create a checklist that should be completed before an inventory receipt can be confirmed as received and its stock added to Breww. This feature is ideal for both your own internal records, as well as for passing industry standard audits (such as SALSA in the UK). This should save you time and ensure that Breww and Sellar stay more closely in sync. Find out more in the original feature request.

Some stages of the racking process have been redesigned to be easier to use (especially on small screens) and faster (such as searching for stock items).
It's now possible to include a planned packaging that is due to be packaged soon as in stock on your trade store!
To take advantage of this feature, you can configure the number of days in advance to look forward by going to Settings -> Breww Trade Store settings -> Set a number of days in the "Consider stock that will be available in X days time as available now" option. You can also configure this option on individual products.
On an ingredient stock item, you can now specify alternative ingredients that can be used as substitutes when the usual is out of stock. When defining the possible substitutes, you can also set a quantity multiplier in case you need to use more or less of the alternative item. Substitutes will never be automatically applied to the batch, but this makes it really easy for you to confirm the substitute used. To get started, go to an ingredient and add an alternative in the "Recipe substitutions" section 😁
For further customisability, you can now set the stock label template to use on a per-product and per-beer basis (in addition to per-container-type). More details can be found here.
You no longer need to manually determine the correct delivery date and delivery method for each order. Define your delivery rules and let Breww schedule them for you automatically upon confirming the order.
