Default weights & HS/commodity codes set on container types to apply to related products

To save time, you no longer need to set weights and HS/commodity codes on each product. You can now set them on the container types, and they'll be picked up by the products automatically. If you need fine-grain control, you can still put them on a product to take precedence over what the container type might be suggesting the weight/HS code should be. This was another brilliant suggestion from our community, so thank you to everyone who voted and helped make Breww better!

Import your recipes using BeerXML

You can now import your recipes into Breww using a BeerXML file! If you use an external platform to design recipes, such as BeerSmith or BrewFather, the BeerXML recipe importer allows you to import the ingredients, quantities and timings of a recipe into Breww.

For more information on how to use it, please see our help guide here.

Create deals for customers & leads to track expected future spend/volume

"Deals" allow you to tell Breww what you expect to sell in the future (as a simple spend/volume amount), track orders against this and make sure that if someone said they'd order something, you can chase them up for the promised orders. Please see our help guide for more information.

Run a pre-brew stock check per site

It's now possible to choose which sites to run a pre-brew stock check on rather than always running it across all sites. This includes running it on a single site or a custom combination of sites.

Thanks again for another great suggestion from our community.

Custom vessel groups

You can now manage your own "vessel groups". Previously, all Breww accounts had "Pilot", "Primary", and Secondary", but now you can add to these with your own, rename the defaults or even remove the defaults. Head to Production > View > Vessels > Vessel groups to get started. You can also set which order these are shown in so they make the most logical sense for how you use Breww.

Control of which vessel statuses can be used when the vessel is filled vs empty

Following the very popular new update of Customise your own vessel status icons (e.g. Chilling & Carbonated), we have added the option for you to control when each status can be used. This allows you to have statuses that can only be used when the vessel is filled, only when empty, or can always be used. Simply go to where you manage your vessel statuses and update the status settings to take advantage of this.

This was another great community suggestion: Allow updating vessel statuses when the vessel is empty. Thanks for helping us to make Breww even better!

Perform a stock take per site

It's now possible to perform a stock take in Breww per site! When starting your stock take, simply select which sites you'd like to include in your stock take, and Breww will only include stock at those sites.

Customise your own vessel status icons (e.g. Chilling & Carbonated)

You can now make your own vessel status icons (like the original Chilling & Carbonated) to have full control over the different statuses that you want to use and how they should show. Head over to Settings > Production settings > Vessel statuses to configure your own options. They can be toggled on/off in from the main page for a batch or by going to the vessel's page. Status toggles will be logged automatically into the "Analysis" tab on the batch too!

This was another community-requested and planned feature, so thank you to everyone involved. See the original request at Increasing the number of the vessel/tank status icons (Chilling and Carbonated).

Improvements to price lists with configuration templates linked to customers

Price lists have been updated to move your basic "Price list settings" into "Price list templates". This allows you to have multiple named groups of settings. These settings (or "templates") can then be assigned to customers, customer groups and customer types.

This makes it quick and easy to have a different format of price list for different customers, such as a price list for export customers that shows the expiry date of stock, but without including this on the normal price list.

Lots of new customisation options have been added too, to give you even further control of your price lists than ever before! This is another great suggestion from our community members.

Send SMS/email delivery ETA/time-slot notifications for your own vehicle deliveries

You can now easily send SMS (text messages) and emails to your customers to let them know their delivery ETA. This will improve your delivery success rate and save you time and money! Find out how to set this up in this help guide.
