We've improved the tools used for importing data to Breww; both tools for initial data imports when migrating to Breww and for bulk updating existing data (such as customers and products). The new tooling will make the process easier for you to follow, safer (from bulk mistakes) and make it easier for us to roll out more bulk data import tools in the future.
Rather than marking a collection as dispatched and then complete, you can now do both with a single click.
If you struggle to tell the difference between Breww's reds and greens, we have an exciting update for you! You can now enable the new Adjust colours for red-green colour blindness option in your Profile. Simply click on your user icon (top-right of most pages) and navigate to your Profile to enable the new option. For more on what this changes, please see the feature request.
'Tis the season for price increases, and to help you apply these in Breww, you can now import updated prices from a spreadsheet. Please see the Can I change product prices in bulk? help guide for how.
It's now possible to enable balance sheet syncing on Breww's Xero and Quickbooks integrations!
When enabled, Breww will move costs through your accounts in your accountancy software as they move through the production and sales processes in Breww. This means your COGS and balance sheet in Xero or Quickbooks are always up to date without any extra manual work.

We've overhauled the stock move tool on the mobile app to be easier to use and also allow the movement of smallpack. Please keep an eye out for the latest app update, which should be available on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store in the next few days (once approved by Apple/Google).
Much like the existing Products expiring soon report, there is now one for your stock items, too! As guest beers are also stock-item-based, these will be included in this report. This report can be found at Reporting -> Pre-build production & inventory reports -> Stock items expiring soon.
Credit notes have had a number of improvements, including better handling of notes, file attachments and an actions log. Files uploaded can also (optionally) be included in the credit note PDF email sent to the customer.
You can now choose to show a sequence number on stock labels (e.g. 1 of 10). This can be useful for tracking how far through a packaging run each container was done. For more information, please see the original feature request at Sequence numbers on racking/stock labels.
