Courier integrations - print shipping labels & track deliveries from within Breww

Over the last few weeks, we have been trialling our courier integrations with a number of customers, and we're delighted to announce that this test is complete, so this feature is now open for everyone to take advantage of. If you send parcels via a supported courier, you can now create shipping labels and track the parcel's delivery progress without leaving Breww. For more information on how this works, please see our courier integrations guide. Please also note that this is an addon feature with a small extra charge (pricing can be found here).

Stock transfer orders - allowing bulk product stock movements to be scheduled into delivery runs

We're delighted to launch a long-awaited new feature! You can now prepare a bulk move of product stock and schedule this into a delivery run. This works much like a standard order delivery, but with the stock being moved between sites in Breww (rather than delivered to a customer). See our help guide here for more information.

Automatically plan vessels & batch schedule based on recipe defaults

Planning your batch schedule and vessel usage is now faster than ever before! You can define against each recipe in Breww which vessel types need to be used and for how long. Then, when planning a new batch, Breww will find suitable vessels for you and block them out on the batch schedule to save you from having to do this manually each time. For more information, see our Automatically planning vessel usage guide.

Stock valuation can now be broken down by site

Stock valuations run from now on will always include a breakdown by site, which is included in the Excel export, allowing you to report on the value of your stock per site.

Thanks again to our fantastic community for the suggestion!

Batch schedule can now use your custom vessel groupings

Following the recent addition of Custom vessel groupings, you now have the option for the batch schedule to use these groupings rather than the vessel types. Head to Settings -> Production settings, to enable the new option and take advantage of this improvement!

Split a single order into two orders

You can now split a single order into two orders, which allows for two separate deliveries. This can be especially useful on orders from external sales platforms (EeBria, Sellar, webshops, etc) where you were unable to add the order as two separate orders in the first place. Simply use the new "Split order" button in the "Order actions" menu at the top-right of the order page. Please note that this will still result in two separate invoices being generated.

Default weights & HS/commodity codes set on container types to apply to related products

To save time, you no longer need to set weights and HS/commodity codes on each product. You can now set them on the container types, and they'll be picked up by the products automatically. If you need fine-grain control, you can still put them on a product to take precedence over what the container type might be suggesting the weight/HS code should be. This was another brilliant suggestion from our community, so thank you to everyone who voted and helped make Breww better!

Import your recipes using BeerXML

You can now import your recipes into Breww using a BeerXML file! If you use an external platform to design recipes, such as BeerSmith or BrewFather, the BeerXML recipe importer allows you to import the ingredients, quantities and timings of a recipe into Breww.

For more information on how to use it, please see our help guide here.

Create deals for customers & leads to track expected future spend/volume

"Deals" allow you to tell Breww what you expect to sell in the future (as a simple spend/volume amount), track orders against this and make sure that if someone said they'd order something, you can chase them up for the promised orders. Please see our help guide for more information.

Run a pre-brew stock check per site

It's now possible to choose which sites to run a pre-brew stock check on rather than always running it across all sites. This includes running it on a single site or a custom combination of sites.

Thanks again for another great suggestion from our community.
