Perform a stock take per site
It's now possible to perform a stock take in Breww per site! When starting your stock take, simply select which sites you'd like to include in your stock take, and Breww will only include stock at those sites.

You can now make your own vessel status icons (like the original Chilling & Carbonated) to have full control over the different statuses that you want to use and how they should show. Head over to Settings > Production settings > Vessel statuses to configure your own options. They can be toggled on/off in from the main page for a batch or by going to the vessel's page. Status toggles will be logged automatically into the "Analysis" tab on the batch too!
This was another community-requested and planned feature, so thank you to everyone involved. See the original request at Increasing the number of the vessel/tank status icons (Chilling and Carbonated).
Price lists have been updated to move your basic "Price list settings" into "Price list templates". This allows you to have multiple named groups of settings. These settings (or "templates") can then be assigned to customers, customer groups and customer types.
This makes it quick and easy to have a different format of price list for different customers, such as a price list for export customers that shows the expiry date of stock, but without including this on the normal price list.
Lots of new customisation options have been added too, to give you even further control of your price lists than ever before! This is another great suggestion from our community members.
You can now easily send SMS (text messages) and emails to your customers to let them know their delivery ETA. This will improve your delivery success rate and save you time and money! Find out how to set this up in this help guide.
You can now make measurements/readings on cleaning & maintenance records required, and this will then prevent the record from being completed if the reading hasn't been entered. Go to the C&M process to set which readings are required.
There's a small but powerful new button in Breww! You can now block a customer from having any orders confirmed, invoiced or delivered. To find out how, see How to put a customer account on hold/block/stop/suspend and prevent order processing. This was another great suggestion from our feature requests area, so thank you to everyone who voted!
The calendar has been updated to show the time that contract brews are in-progress for (by taking the time between the batch start date and the last planned packaging).
You can now set the required delivery vehicle attributes on a customer (to apply to all their orders) and on a delivery area (to apply to all deliveries in that area). This is in addition to the original application on a per-order basis. This is really handy for low-emission-zone style attributes or the requirement of a smaller vehicle due to a customer being on a small road, for example.
This was another great suggestion from our community! This feature requires our Advanced Deliveries addon to function.
You can now filter the items shown on the Stock availability forecast report. This great report can sometimes be cluttered by lots of products (such as one-offs), so filtering what is shown will make the results even more valuable (and save you time). This was another great suggestion from our wonderful customers - thank you!
We've launched the first version of our "Public API". This allows you to build your own integrations with Breww and other partners in the industry to integrate with us.
To get started:
We plan to build out more functionality in the future, but if you have any specific requests for the API, please open a feature request.
