One-click obsolete all products for an obsolete beer

If you've obsoleted a beer, you can now quickly see if there are any active products for the beer and obsolete them all in one click. This was another great suggestion from our community, see Auto obsolete products for obsoleted beers.

Easily view all beer stock at a given location

The "Packaged beer current stock" report can now be filtered by location (including multiple locations at once). In addition, when viewing a site, you can easily click through to see the packaged beer stock at any of the site's locations. See the feature request of View Stock Available Based on Site or Location.

Map shown on order page

A map showing the location of the customer (order's delivery address) and the location of the site fulfilling the order is now shown at the top of the delivery section. This allows you see at a glance how far away the customer is to make decisions on how to deliver the order faster and even spot mistakes with address entry.

Link an ecommerce/POS integration to a specific site

You can now link a sales platform integration (such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Zettle) to fulfillment site. If you do this, Breww will only sync the available stock at that site to your sales platform and will ensure that all orders imported from this integration are fulfilled from this site (by default, you can manually change this per order). You don't have to link the integration to a site and can leave Breww to use all sites/stock if you prefer. To set this up, go to your integration in Breww and choose Actions -> Configuration.

Cancel a planned delivery (you can re-schedule it again in the future)

It's now possible to cancel a delivery/collection that's been scheduled and not yet dispatched. This is handy if you arrange it by mistake and saves you from having to guess a future date for it, which might not be known yet. This is another suggestion from our community - thank you!

Edit price book pricing in bulk

You can now edit your price book pricing in bulk by either a percentage value or a fixed amount.

Just go to the price book you would like to update, and click Bulk edit prices.

You can then select how you would like to update your pricing and which product types you would like the price change to apply to. All price changes will also affect any reliant price books.

All orders & deliveries are now linked to a fulfillment site, allowing for available stock per site to be calculated

This is a big one! We're delighted to announce that we've launched the heavily requested - Limit available product count to a single production site (available stock per site) - feature request from our community and some other related additions. If you use multiple sites, it's important that you read through our announcement here as you may benefit from updating some new settings on your account.

Hide order/invoice line level discounts on invoice PDFs

You can now set on a price book whether you would like any invoice line-level discounts to be shown on the invoice PDF. Simply go to Products -> Pricing -> Price books -> Click 'Edit basic details' next to the relevant price book, then tick 'Hide discounts on invoices using this price book from being displayed on the invoice PDF'. After enabling this setting, any orders created with this price book will then have their invoice line-level discounts hidden on the PDF.

Especially useful when a price book has a negative discount that increases the price!
